Estelle Coetzer

Dr. Estelle Coetzer

Dr.Estelle Coetzer is a registered organisational and industrial psychologist with nearly thirty years of extensive experience within the human resources and organisational consulting field. She has been involved with organizations undergoing changes as a result of acquisitions as well as restructuring.  She has been instrumental in developing and facilitating learning interventions focused on leader development and individual coaching.  This also involved assessing leaders within organizations to determine potential as well as development areas.

Always keen to share and expand the body of knowledge within the industry, she has been a speaker at a number of conferences over the years. She has consulted in a wide range of industries: Retail, Financial & Assurance, Pharmaceuticals & Health, Manufacturing, Engineering & Production, Mining, Construction, Information technology, Educational as well as Parastatals.

Academically, she completed her PhD in Consulting psychology, where her focus was on the  value of social cognitive neuroscience within a leadership context.  She also completed her MComm. (Human Resource Management & Industrial Psychology) at University of Johannesburg, B Comm. Honours (Industrial Psychology) and B Comm. (Communications) at the North-West University. Focussed on staying relevant and up to date with the latest trends, she has over the years obtained a number of additional courses within the field of psychology as well as in other management disciplines, amongst others a post graduate qualification in Neuroleadership through Middlesex University.

 

Niel Steinmann

Niel Steinmann

Niel Steinmann is a specialist business consultant with extensive experience in the Human Resources field. He is a registered Industrial Psychologist. He is the founding member and director of People's Dynamic Development, a management consultancy that utilizes African analogies to develop people and organisations to significantly increase their performance capacity. As a keen conservationist he started his studies on animal behavior in 1996, with special interest in lions. Since 1998 Niel's close involvement and interaction with more than 40 different lions have provided him with valuable insight and knowledge on animal behavior.an  This unique combination of knowledge, skills and experience has affirmed Niel as a recognized consultant in Southern Africa with an impressive client record. His clients include a list of notable South African & International companies. He is also a regular speaker at local and International Conferences. He has been invited to presented six times at the annual American Society for Training & Development conference where more than 72 countries are represented. He has consulted with Exco teams both locally and Internationally on Leadership, Team effectiveness and mentoring and coaching.

 

Dr Caren Scheepers

Dr Caren Scheepers

Caren Scheepers holds a PhD in Psychology and Certificates in Organisational Development, Clinical Hypnosis and Executive Coaching. She has more than 20 years experience in developing individual leaders, leadership teams and organisations. She lectures on Organisational Development and Transformation on the MBA, University Pretoria's Gordon Institute in Business Science (GIBS), Univeristy of Stellenbosch's Masters in Management Coaching and Company SpecificProgrammes. She published numerous articles and a book titled 'Coaching Leaders: The 7 'P' Tools to propel change'. She is an associate executive and group coach for The Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels.

Phyllis Ndlovu

Phyllis Ndlovu

Phyllis Ndlovu is a trained Clinical Psychologist. She obtained her BA Junior Degree and Honours Degree in Applied Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). She went on to obtain her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town (UCT). Over the years she has obtained a number of additional courses within the field of psychology as well as in other management disciplines. Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Leadership Development and Organisational Performance are a few of these. Ongoing self improvement has served as a cornerstone in terms of providing the best and most contextual interventions to her client base.

Her work history entails more than 13 years' experience in clinical psychology work. Such work includes development and executive coaching, brief and long term psychotherapy, as well as workshop facilitation. She has also had exposure as adviser to senior and executive management. Her facilitation in strategic planning workshops and in strategic advice, put her in good stead to balance the focus on needs of the individual and needs of the corporate environment. Over the years she has occupied senior and executive management positions in government and in the private sector. These positions have ranged from strategic HR to Executive Services (including policy, strategy and performance). Phyllis is the founding member of Kisima Psychological Services. This is a company that focuses on maximizing human capital output, among others, health and wellness interventions. Over the years, in response to client needs, additional offerings have been Organizational Diagnosis, Climate Survey, Strategy Facilitation and Team Building. Beyond the work environment, Phyllis enjoys leisurely reading and spending time with family. The great outdoors are a special bonus when business demands have let off for a while. Sailing is a recently acquired interest.

Ingra du Buisson-Narsai

Ingra du Buisson-Narsai

Ingra du Buisson-Narsai started her career as commercial business systems trainer, followed by business systems consultant and then Business Information Systems Manager at Eskom (1994). She also held the following positions in Corporate South Africa: Practitioner Development Manager (Eskom), Human Resources Executive (Aegis Insurance/RMBH Group), HR Director (Usko/Bytes Technology) and Group HR Director (Famous Brands Limited). She left the corporate world in October 2008 as an industrial psychologist in independent practice. Her core business offerings are: organisational diagnostics, leadership coaching, and process consulting. She has also done pro bono/volunteer work on career counselling, conflict resolution, and strategic management for non-profit organizations.

Academically she has a M Comm.(Organisational Psychology) and B Comm. Hons (Strategic Management). She also has Executive Coaching Accreditation and Certification through Results Coaching Systems and Unisa Coaching Course. In addition she is a Demartini Method Facilitator. She has recently completed her post graduate diploma in Neuroleadership through Middlesex University.
