Irrespective of your level within an organisation or your specific role, the chances are that you rely on others in order to fulfil your role optimally. This requires the ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver their best within the work environment.  It has been suggested that the ability to build resonant relationships within others is a defining factor. Being able to 'tune into or be attuned to others' becomes a key competence in meeting performance standards and achieving organisational goals.
