Mentoring
Changing technology needs changing skills, new technology, and new skills. The person who wants to succeed in an ever changing world, should create shortcuts by seeking mentors and coaches. The mentor opens the doors, the coach guides them through."
Out mentorship program focuses on equipping mentors with the necessary skills to pass on knowledge, experience and expertise by way of a meaningful relationship that is structured and planned. The end result is the protégé’s competence. Sharing analogies with lions, our training approach is unique yet holistic. We analyze the four phases of the mentor protégé relationship and focus on the role that the mentor has to play in each. Considerable emphasis is placed on those areas of the relationship that would require particular skills.
